Looking Forward to 2015

With just over a week to go to the new year and seeing as how last week at my Premier Property Networking Club I was talking about overcoming challenges, I wanted to talk a bit more about the subject.  There are always challenges in our lives, both personally and professionally and it’s how we tackle those challenges which ultimately defines us.  Life is full of challenges and you overcome them by persistence, knowledge and action, overcoming setbacks and achieving your goals.

As I see it, there are two ways to look at anything and it comes down to whether you start from a positive or a negative perspective.  It’s almost always easier to be negative as reacting negatively almost always requires the least effort but it ALWAYS produces the worst result.  Positivity requires action and it requires that you understand and take control of the situation.  Positivity means responsibility.  It is very rare that we are gifted anything in life and we often have to work hard to become successful.  It’s up to you to make those important decisions and to make your life a success – no one else can do that for you!

It’s amazing how sometimes inspiration comes from the most unlikely of places and it’s often a chance encounter with someone or something you see that you’d never noticed before.  If you’re bored of where you are in life then you need to make changes, they don’t have to be big at first but over time they will multiply.  The only thing that’ll ever happen if you sit on the fence is you’ll get a sore bum.  While you’re doing nothing hundreds/thousands/millions of other people are making decisions and you’re being left behind. The only thing worse than not knowing what to do is knowing what to do and not doing it.

I’ve spent years investing in my education, I’ve paid for mentorships from millionaires and even a billionaire and those were the best investments I’ve ever made.  There’s no reason why you can’t still learn from someone, why stop your education at 16 or 18 or 21?  If I’d hadn’t have taken inspiration from what I’d learnt and hadn’t had the courage to go out and practice it I’d most likely be stuck in some dull job that I didn’t like – instead, I’m so grateful that i am financially free, and have multiple business, including a multi-million pound property portfolio.  You have to keep learning and doing new things!

You WILL face challenges in life and you HAVE to deal with them in a positive manner.  I want to help as many people as possible reach their goals and that’s part of why I run things such as my networking club, my mentoring service and my portfolio building service.  Investing in property can help you have more free time to pursue your own interests, spend more time with your family and help you reach your goals, whatever they are.

A new year is a great time for a new start.  It’s a great dividing line between what was and what will be.  I’ve personally got some huge plans for 2015 and it’d be great to see you at one of our events.  I hope that reading this has given you some food for thought and with less than 10 days to go until the new year you’ll start thinking about how 2015 is going to be the year that you made that positive decision that changed your life for the better!
